I can't say enough good things about this crew. They're super helpful, friendly, and really know their stuff when it comes to answering any questions you might have. The delivery service, equipment, and pricing are all excellent.

I reached out to them a few times before making my decision to buy, and they were super quick and supportive. Once I made up my mind and placed my order, it arrived within a day, nicely packaged and perfect. Overall, fantastic experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

I got myself some Mogami cables. The price was right. They showed up the next day and were packed up nicely. A+ for that! This was my first experience with SXPro. I did a fast search online and found they had great feedback, so I decided to place an order. I was not let down! My package showed up two days ahead of schedule, and their communication was top-notch from the moment I ordered. Seriously, don’t think twice about giving them a shot!

I recently made a purchase for a Kemper Stage along with a Mission EP1 pedal and a connecting cable from their site. Turns out, the cable I wanted was out of stock (I should've checked better when ordering - their site does indicate stock levels).

Right away, they called and emailed me to let me know about the stock issue, asking if I wanted to choose a different cable or wait for the one I originally wanted. I decided to go for a different cable that was available.

I placed my order on a Friday afternoon, so I figured I wouldn’t see it until Monday at the earliest, but to my surprise, everything showed up on Saturday morning.

They even refunded the small price difference between the cable I initially ordered and the one I received.

Awesome assistance. I purchased a few mics and an audio interface from this place. Sadly, it looks like they got a shipment with some faulty gear right from the factory, so I needed to request several replacements, which isn’t on them, so I can’t hold it against them. They’ve been super helpful throughout this whole thing and really worked hard to ensure I’m back on my feet quickly. For sure, they’re a reliable option for audio equipment.

I had a rough time with their customer service. I reached out via email explaining my issue, but I never got a response. So, I’d suggest steering clear of this company. They’re quick to grab your cash but slow to offer any assistance!

I ordered some speaker stands back in March, and here we are over three months later with no signs of them. They keep delaying my order, and I find myself having to reach out all the time just to get any info. Still no stands in sight... Terrible service!

Out of nowhere, this company began bombarding me with spam. I’ve never purchased anything from them or even checked out their site, so I’m curious how they got my info. Regardless, these folks are definitely spammers, and I’ve gone ahead and reported them.

I can't give these folks enough praise. I've made a bunch of expensive buys, and every time, their focus on customer care is spot on. The last item I got was the MiniMoog reissue. They knew, just like I did, that Moog can be pretty slow with fulfilling orders, and they kept me in the loop. They were more than happy to reach out to Source, the UK distributor, and follow up with Moog. When it finally showed up, I got a heads-up call, an apology for the wait, and the product came just as they said it would. I really wish I could get everything I need from them! Honestly, they set the standard for how others should operate.

Over the years, I've bought PA stuff from a bunch of online shops, and while many have been decent, my recent experience with SXPro was truly outstanding. The microphone was priced really well (plus free shipping!), and the personal touch in their communication was just fantastic. They even used a high-quality courier who showed up right in the one-hour window I was told, so I didn’t have to wait around all day. Big thanks!
