"All's well so far..."
I got myself some Mogami cables. The price was right. They showed up the next day and were packed up nicely. A+ for that! Later on, I shot an email for a product question and got a call back pretty quick, with top-notch info. Big thanks to Jason. So, A+ once more. My first thoughts are really positive. "Excellent Service and Quick Delivery"
I recently made a purchase for a Kemper Stage along with a Mission EP1 pedal and a connecting cable from their site. Turns out, the cable I wanted was out of stock (I should've checked better when ordering - their site does indicate stock levels).
Right away, they called and emailed me to let me know about the stock issue, asking if I wanted to choose a different cable or wait for the one I originally wanted. I decided to go for a different cable that was available.
I placed my order on a Friday afternoon, so I figured I wouldn’t see it until Monday at the earliest, but to my surprise, everything showed up on Saturday morning.
They even refunded the small price difference between the cable I initially ordered and the one I received.
Super fast and efficient service, much appreciated!

"Awesome Assistance"
Awesome assistance. I purchased a few mics and an audio interface from this place. Sadly, it looks like they got a shipment with some faulty gear right from the factory, so I needed to request several replacements, which isn’t on them, so I can’t hold it against them. They’ve been super helpful throughout this whole thing and really worked hard to ensure I’m back on my feet quickly. For sure, they’re a reliable option for audio equipment.

"Terrible support experience"
I had a rough time with their customer service. I reached out via email explaining my issue, but I never got a response. So, I’d suggest steering clear of this company. They’re quick to grab your cash but slow to offer any assistance!

"Three Months and Still No Speaker Stands! Communication Lacking"
I ordered some speaker stands back in March, and here we are over three months later with no signs of them. They keep delaying my order, and I find myself having to reach out all the time just to get any info. Still no stands in sight... Terrible service!

Out of nowhere, this company began bombarding me with spam. I’ve never purchased anything from them or even checked out their site, so I’m curious how they got my info. Regardless, these folks are definitely spammers, and I’ve gone ahead and reported them.

"Impeccable Service Every Time"
I can't give these folks enough praise. I've made a bunch of expensive buys, and every time, their focus on customer care is spot on. The last item I got was the MiniMoog reissue. They knew, just like I did, that Moog can be pretty slow with fulfilling orders, and they kept me in the loop. They were more than happy to reach out to Source, the UK distributor, and follow up with Moog. When it finally showed up, I got a heads-up call, an apology for the wait, and the product came just as they said it would. I really wish I could get everything I need from them! Honestly, they set the standard for how others should operate.
